lakland 55-02 bass 5 string gets great reviews

The Lakland Skyline 55-02 bass is equipped with a MM/J pickup configuration, custom 3 band EQ preamp an a 3 way toggle for coil splitting. Bass guitar magazine said the Deluxe version with Maple fingerboard "seriously raised the bar in the world of high-end 5 strings". Master volume pot can be pulled to to bypass the active preamp. The 55-02 also has a 3 way toggle for splitting coils. Available in Black, Three Tone Translucent, Natural, Natural Translucent, Cherry Burst and Three Tone Sunburst. Not available in a Lefty version.
