Our Privacy Policy:

We do not sell customer information for any reason.  We collect names of customers who have asked to be added to our newsletter and want lists.  Customers can opt out of our newsletter by contacting us or by selecting the opt out link on our newsletter. All credit cards are processed by national merchant card services.  To protect our customers we do not retain credit card information. 

Our Return Policy:

We offer a 48 hour approval period.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to our shop.  Shipping costs out to the customer are not refundable.  You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a return to be approved.  Returns must be in perfect condition with all tags, manuals and accessories.  We reserve the right to offer partial refunds if items are damaged or missing. 

Our Shipping Policy:

Our standard shipping method is UPS ground. We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. We insure all shipments. 

Our Layaway Policy:

A payment of 50% is required for a layaway.  The balance must be paid off within 30 days.  We will not ship until we receive full payment. 

Payment Methods:

We accept verified Paypal payments, bank wire transfers and credit cards.  Call our shop at 773.878.8617 Weekdays Noon to 6PM CST and Saturdays from Noon to 5PM CST or send us an email and we will contact you to take your order.  We can only accept paypal and bank wire transfer (swift) for International orders.

To report an error or bad link on this site please contact us at webmaster@thebassdealer.com   Although we try to maintain an error free site we're not perfect. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors including pricing and description errors caused by us or our suppliers at any time. We reserve the right to revoke any offers based on product availability, inaccuracies, errors and omissions including after an order has been submitted and a credit card charged. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected payment fraud. In the event an offer is revoked or cancelled and payment has been received and is available to us we will provide a full prompt refund via the same means payment was made from. Product specifications and prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. We have no control over the content and offers of our link partners. It is up to you to take appropriate precautions while visiting these sites. In no event will the owner of this site be liable to any party for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages for use of this or any other hyper linked web site.
